My experience of attending CDEP 2015 at IIMC Kolkata is wonderful to explain as a just Participant in the International Programme. The conference was framed to host the meeting to discuss the Present, Past and Future of the Climate. There was no worry about the Weather Change seating in the meeting by some interested participants as Weather Conditions Intellectual. These intelligent persons were glorified in with the presence of the few World Eminent Scientists. The observation of the discussion was Live in the important part of the world. The navigation of the standard arrangement and quality documents in the meeting created a space to think and discuss about the Climate Change in the World. The baseline of creative thinking was started in the programme. There was a limitation of implementing Future Projects after learning and leaving the situation as CDEP 2015 was amazingly pioneer in the topics of Managing Critical Resources of Food, Energy and Water in the International Climate Programme.
