One of such intention and mission of Election Commission of India was successful in introducing the EPIC or Electors Photo Identity Card. The main tool required for this large project is Electoral Roll - First S.I.R. electoral roll and Drafted electoral roll. The First S.I.R. or final ER in 2002 is available in the website for checking the status of the serial number of the elector during the filling the Enumeration form in 2025. The new voters and those who were not voters in the First S.I.R. list will be determined to show the relation of EPIC number of their Father and Mother or Grandfather and Grandmother to confirm details as a Voter for Special Intensive Revision. This Special Intensive Revision is also notable for the lone independent and earnest elector whose name or the elector's parents name were not mentioned in the last S.I.R. Government of India authorizes to use VOTER CARD as an Identity Card for Residents of India. The ID is now counted as a proven document by linking the epic with mobile number and UIDAI Aadhaar Card. Electoral Registration Officer of ECI issued an e-Electors Photo Identity Card. The card is showing logo of Govt. of India and Election Commission of India, Name, Father's Name, Gender, Date of Birth/Age with Photo and Voter Card number in the front side. In the back side of the card is mentioned with QR code, epic number, Address, helpline and issuing Authority. The size of the card is normally similar to the Identity Card type. The electors tally their Identity number and details in the electoral roll before, during and after the vote. The Electoral Roll 2002 was a complete list to the voters as every booth consisted with a Part number in the Assembly Constituency of state. The name of the voting centre is differentiated with the Part number. Name and number of Assembly Constituency, Parliamentary Constituency, Foundation Date, Date of Publication, Year were some of the main features in the Voter Register. The type of Enumeration, mouza, Part classification Urban/Rural, Village/Mahalla/Street, Gram Panchayat name/Ward No, Block/Municipality, Police Station, Sub-division, District, PIN etc. were followed to the information. Part number, name and Address of Voting Centre were mentioned next. Total number of voters with Male and Female were shown in the final list. The next page started with the Serial Number, House No, Elector's name, Relation, Name of Relative, Gender, Age and e-Electors Photo Identity Number. These details of the electors were serially maintained in the Roll. Draft roll is prepared before correction in Electoral Roll. Final Voter List is published after Enumeration. This unstoppable cheking process of voter community is strengthening the Democratic perceptions with transparent methods of digital and management of form distribution and collection. The S.I.R. 2025 Bihar has been given a complete Draft roll with a Final full Assembly Constituency voter lists.
