The strict security transperency to protect the country is somehow control the rules and regulations of publication in media. The Fifteenth Constitutional Amendment showed the Women Reservation in the General Election, the contents of the bill and the perception of the Men and Women was caused to protest in the streets. The July Revolution was strongly recommended for opposing the corruption, money laundering and increasing living costs. Popularity is a cheap word in politics like other goodwill job. In Bangladesh popularity of implemention of Government law and order became halted in the students' movement, protest and demonstration before reaching to the public as satisfactorily acceptable rules. The protestation created problems in the administration. The major problem was created in Dhaka with blockade agitation, then the insurgence spread out in the other districts Division of Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Rangpur, Sylhet, Barishal etc. The Government securities of the country obstructed by deploying army immediately after the breakdown of silence with the declaration of the emergency rules. The civil rights of the public was disrupted by the action taken by the Government. The liabilities and the duties were meaningless to the worker. All types of emergencies National, State and Financial were stopped the main functionaries administration of the Government. The continuous demonstration of the different organisations and demand of withheld the controversial application of the Amendment of the Constitution provoked a huge crowd to protest against the government. Anti - Government slogans revamped the movement to revolutionize
the status of the Bangladeshi. Destructions and losses were visible to the countrymen,countrywomen and foreigners. The Emergency rules were imposed in the country by the Authorities. The Army captured the administration buildings and seized the offices. The normal life of the resident was beseiged. Their desires to return as per daily basis necessarily important work promted to shutdown. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina left the country on 5th August 2024 after resigning from the PM designation. She reached to Delhi, capital city of India to seek shelter and asylum. In India (S.I.R.) Special Intensive Response is being held in the state wise Booth level for new and fresh Electoral Registration in 2025. A high alert has been announced for the fear of invasion in Indo-Bangladesh boarder areas. Awami League Party leader lost her power along with popularity. The Nobel Peace Prize 2006 winner Economist Dr. Muhammad Younus has been made Chief Adviser of Interim Bangladesh Government. He is famous founder of the Grameen Bank. His microcredit to poor as a loan strengthened the mechanism of economic growth. The case ICT BD Case No. 02 of 2025 was registered in the International Crimes Tribunal - 1 Bangladesh accusing of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Ex-Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal and former Inspector General of Police Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun on 1 June 2025. The Chief Prosecutor vs Sheikh Hasina and Others convicted those all three in the International Crimes (Tribunal) Act, 1973 charging Abetment, Incitement, Complicity, Facilitation, Conspiracy and failure to prevent mass murder. Sheikh Hasina and Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal were sentenced to death. IGP Chowdhury Abdullah Al-mamun got five years imprisonment term as a state witness. The State Prosecutor was Mohammad Tajul Islam. The Court appointed Attorney Md Amir Hossain was on behalf of Prime Minister in Absentia. The verdict and the implementation of that are both very hardworking popular method of legal pursuance activity. The reality is done in the courtroom, more facts of the function is awaiting.
