The 360° Assessment through Holistic Progress Report Card for every child has been in use in India for School Education. The transperency of answer papers evaluation with multidimensional method of cognitive, affective emotional and psychomotor skills had been grown in the classes. The National Education Policy 2020 had recommended Holistic Progress Report Card compiled with Formative Evaluation and Summative Evaluation assessment results throughout the year. The Performance Assessment Review and Analysis of Knowledge for Holistic Development (PARAKH) is a National body. The Holistic Report Scores Card had been created by National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT). The students' self, peer and assessment view of teacher had handed over to the parents in the form of Holistic Report Card as feedback of academic growths in skills of life, creativity, co-curriculars, health and fitness, value, critical thinking, performance and conceptual understanding. The main powerful representations are 5 key points principals Access, Equity, Quality, Affordability and Accountability in the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 promoting Global Knowledge Superpower in 2030. To make India focus in International reaching out the goal of 100% enrollments. The school education system had been recommended to implement of four stages viz. Foundational, Preparatory, Middle and Secondary as 5+3+3+4 structures in the replacement for 10+2 stages from 3 to 18 year ages. The first stage of pre-school learning had been applied for 3 to 8 years for grades 1 and 2. The second stage of interactive based cognitive learning in 8 to 11 year ages had been taught in Grades 3, 4 and 5. The third stage of experimental learning in Mathematics, Science and Arts had been given to 11 to 14 years in Grades 6, 7 and 8. The last stage of multidisciplinary holistic development method oriented schooling had been lessoned for 14 to 18 years in Grades 9, 10, 11 and 12. The idea was established by the formation of a drafting committee in the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) led by the former Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Chairman Dr. Krishnaswamy Kasturirangn, Indian Scientist in 2017 replacing the 1986 Education Policy introduced by Former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.
