The 360° Assessment through Holistic Progress Report Card for every child has been in use in India for School Education. To make India focus in International reaching out the goal of 100% enrollments. The school education system had been recommended to implement of four stages viz. Foundational, Preparatory, Middle and Secondary as 5+3+3+4 structures in the replacement for 10+2 stages from 3 to 18 year ages. The first stage of pre-school learning had been applied for 3 to 8 years for grades 1 and 2. The second stage of interactive based cognitive learning in 8 to 11 year ages had been taught in Grades 3, 4 and 5. The third stage of experimental learning in Mathematics, Science and Arts had been given to 11 to 14 years in Grades 6, 7 and 8. The last stage of multidisciplinary holistic development method oriented schooling had been lessoned for 14 to 18 years in Grades 9, 10, 11 and 12. The idea was established by the formation of a drafting committee in the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) led by the former Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Chairman Dr. Krishnaswamy Kasturirangn, Indian Scientist in 2017 replacing the 1986 Education Policy introduced by Former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.
